Dr. John Belde

John Belde Chiropractor

Dr. John earned his doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 1987 and began practicing in Monticello in 1988. Dr. John has advanced training in applied kinesiology, nutritional therapies, sports injury, scoliosis detection and correction. Dr. John uses manual diversified spinal and extremity adjustments along with low-force adjusting techniques including the arthrostim and drop table.

Accurate assessment and treatment of his patients is important and Dr. John is not hesitant to use different techniques with his patients. He also stresses home care and is frequently heard reminding patients "it's good to be adjusted but it's better to hold your adjustment".

Since 2003, he has been an Associate Clinical Faculty member with Northwestern Health Sciences University where he's mentored over 20 chiropractic students.

In 2007, Dr. John completed training and is certified in Nutrition Response Testing. A tool he uses to get to the root cause of any stress in the body, allowing the body to heal itself through whole food nutrition.

In 2012, Dr. John was voted Alumni of the Year by Northwestern Health Sciences University for his outstanding service and dedication to chiropractic and to his patients well-being.

Dr. John and his wife, Janey, have three children and are soaking up the next phase of life as grandparents to five wonderful little boys. He enjoys pontoon time with family, golfing, road bicycling and hanging out with his little sweetheart Murphy (the best dog ever!).

Dr. Jonas Johnson

Jonas Johnson Chiropractor

Dr. Jonas Johnson graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2006 with his doctorate in Chiropractic and has been working at Belde Chiropractic his entire professional career. He treats patients by means of traditional chiropractic adjustments and has a certificate in the Impulse Instrument Adjusting Protocol.

With many years of treating athletes, families, and everyone from babies to older, he has a passion to help people get back to normal, educate them on stretches and exercises they can do at home to aid in their health plan and help them maintain continued wellness.

After 12+ years of football, from grade school through college, and many years of basketball and running, Dr. Jonas has personally utilized chiropractic for 30+ years for his wellness care and adjusts his family at least once a month for wellness.

Dr. Jonas, and his wife Esther, have 5 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering to coach their sports and church activities, camping, and travelling.

Dr. Julie Bjerk

 Julie Bjerk ChiropractorDr. Julie received her doctorate in 2013 from Northwestern Health Sciences University and has been with Belde Chiropractic her entire professional career.

She's passionate about helping mothers and children feel and stay well. Her certification in the Webster Technique, continuing education courses through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, craniosacral training and Spinning Babies have provided her with outstanding tools to better serve her patients, especially the tiny ones!

Dr. Julie grew up playing contact sports and continued on to play collegiate level hockey. Her love for chiropractic care began early when her own body needed structural support. Outside of work, Dr. Julie and her husband stay busy and active with their three children who love all things from swimming to gymnastics, soccer and skating. She loves spending summer weekends at her family cabin, and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Cody Robeck

Dr. Cody RobeckDr. Cody attended Minnesota State University - Mankato, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. In 2020, Dr. Cody received his doctorate from Northwestern Health Sciences University and earned his license to practice Chiropractic Acupuncture to better serve his patients.

Belde Chiropractic was fortunate to have Dr. Cody as an intern while he completed his schooling. He joined the Belde Chiropractic team after earning his doctorate, but grew up in St. Michael and his passion for chiropractic care began as a patient of Dr. John's.

Dr. Cody loves helping patients of all ages, especially kiddos and athletes. He enjoys sports taping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and concussion management.

Living in Osseo with his wife, Bridget, and their dog, Phoebe, Dr. Cody spends his free time being a below-average golfer, scuba diving when he's able to travel to warmer weather, and exploring local parks.
